Vegans have a lot of options when it comes to choosing a plant based. Macadamia milk, a relatively new entry, is slowly gaining a hold in the market. In case, you’ve picked it up too, here are the top macadamia milk uses you need to try – 

1. Gulp Down the Macadamia Milk As Such

Macadamia milk has a very mild taste which makes it a perfect drink to be consumed as such. 

Macadamia milk has a mild nutty and creamy taste, with a hint of sweetness. So, you can drink it as such or add a natural sweetener if you like your milk a little sweet.

Kefir is a fermented beverage which is rich in a lot of good bacteria also known as probiotics. Although originally made using cow’s milk, kefir can be easily made using plant based milk including macadamia milk. 

Add about 1/4 cup water kefir grains to 4 cups of macadamia milk in a jar. Close the jar and leave in a warm place to ferment for 24-48 hours. Once the kefir is prepared, you can store it in the refrigerator for about 3-5 days.
