How is Mozzarella Vs Quark Cheese Made?

Mozzarella cheese is usually made with the milk of cow but traditionally water buffalo milk is used. To heated cow milk, cheese culture and rennet are added. The resulting curds are further heated and stretched to obtain the stretch mozzarella.

The method of quark preparation is partially similar. To cow’s  milk lactic acid is added so that it curdles. The curds are strained and left to ferment even further. It is then stirred continuously so that lumps aren’t formed.
